Aston Villa beat Tottenham 3-2 in north London

Emiliano Buendía led the way with a goal and an impressive overall display, registering three shots, two on target, and three key passes across the full ninety minutes. His contribution earned him the highest individual rating among the Villa players.

Nicolas Jackson, who joined the club from Chelsea late last month, found the net once and worked tirelessly throughout his eighty-eight minutes on the pitch. The striker managed six attempts at goal, though he did pick up a yellow card during the contest.

Summer signing Johan Manzambi enjoyed a productive outing after arriving from SC Freiburg in July. He scored once and provided an assist before being withdrawn after seventy-two minutes, adding four shots and two key passes to his tally.
