Three cookies. All of them do a job.

UPDATED SEPTEMBER 2026

We set functional cookies only. There is no tracking, so there is no banner.

What we set

  • Session — keeps you signed in to your account if you have one. Set only when you log in; expires when the session does.
  • Cart — remembers what you have put in the basket while you look around. Set when you add an item; expires after 30 days.
  • Admin — identifies staff logged in to the control room. Set only on admin login. You will never see it.

All three are first-party, HTTP-only and sent only over HTTPS. None of them identifies you to anyone else, and none is used for analytics or advertising.

What we do not set

No analytics cookies. No advertising or retargeting cookies. No social-media cookies. No embedded third-party players that set their own. The fonts are served from our own domain, so nobody else sees your request.

Why there is no banner

UK regulations require consent for cookies that are not strictly necessary for a service you asked for. Every cookie we set is strictly necessary for the thing it enables, so none needs consent and we do not ask for it.

Controlling them

You can delete or block cookies in your browser. Block the session cookie and you cannot stay logged in; block the cart cookie and the basket empties between pages. Reading the site works without any of them. More on what we keep in the privacy notice.
