What to write about
- Corrections. If we have something wrong, say which story and what the right version is, with a source if you have one. Corrections are logged on the story page’s change log.
- Takedowns. If you run an outlet and do not want to be in our source list, or you believe we have used more than a headline and a permitted excerpt, tell us. We remove first and discuss second.
- Goods. Order questions, sizing, returns. Include your order reference; it starts with
UTV-. - Newsletter. To be removed by hand, or to have your address deleted entirely rather than kept on the suppression list.
What we will not do
Publish anonymous tips as news. Sell your address. Run your press release. Confirm a transfer because you asked nicely.
